Multiple datasets → one clear location score.
The process
1. Data collection
We collect open and public datasets covering demographics, mobility, environment, and infrastructure. All data sources are legally accessible and regularly updated.
2. Normalization
Data is normalized at postcode level to ensure fair comparison across different locations. This means we're comparing like with like, not mixing different data structures.
3. Scoring
Statistical models generate lifestyle-specific scores. Each lifestyle profile (family, urban, remote, budget, etc.) uses different weighted indicators to reflect what matters most to that group.
What you get
A clear, comparable score that helps you understand how well a location matches your lifestyle preferences. Not a perfect answer, but a data-driven starting point for your decision.
